Sounded like a true moment of opportunity and with VALUE...then I read the TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL Qualification then, I said...so there is nothing for your film unless it's in this festival...then I started to come back to EARTH and say... DUH? LOLOLOLOL...another WOW...and a big DUH? LOLOLOL thank you for another great ALMOST MAYBE..MAYBE ALMOST DUH>>>ROCK ON!!! DUH?

Well one would hope that eventually this gets changed and they expand it to different festivals.

thank you Andrew for the information...and hopefully they make it...many levels...starting at $1,000 for Older Already made films to revive and yes Festival Validated films...from the past as well...anyway...a Variety of Payments from $1,000 to yes even $25,000 would be more creative and would truly help many Great Filmmakers ...and get ENERGY and Interest headed their way...Just a thought...Blessings ...to all...

I think the reason they are starting with just this festival is because they don't want to be handing out that much money to just anyone. They need to see how it works first before rolling it out further.
