Filmmaking / Directing : Need to find lawyer for Film Rights Agreement by Donna Bailey-taylor

Is there a lawyer in North Carolina that could assist in writing an agreement on film rights for a book that our non-profit published. We have been approached by a screenwriter and there are two parties involved in the book and we need to come to an agreement in writing before any "next steps" with a possible film project.
