Which is always a good thing right?.. Thinking about adding an Agency that reps actors and musicians to the NeverImage Family. ( www.NeverImageEntertainment.com ) ..so my question is if we're a Film company and a Record label does this pose a conflict of interest? We'll obviously cast our roster in our projects. Also is this a welcome throw back to the old movie studio days?

I don't see a conflict as long as clients are able to choose their own projects even if it means working for another production company instead of yours. The old studio system didn't permit that and that would be a conflict.
