Hi! I've been living in Spain for 21 years (originally from Britain). I worked as a script supervisor in the Spanish TV & Film industry before having kids, and then sidestepped into running children's theatre workshops. At the moment, I'm building an open-air theatre in a small mountain village near Granada. in the south of Spain. This summer, we restored an old stone corn threshing circle - this is going to be our stage, and if all goes well with the rest of the funding (the local mayor's office has just agreed to sort this), we're building the seating around it next spring to turn it into an ampitheatre. The dream is to start a theatre festival... Starting small next summer and hopefully growing fast!

Hi Anna, though I live in Canada I have been through Granada while touring Spain. I didn't get enough time there (or anywhere) but it was a lovely area and I love your idea for the theatre there and especially the festival. Good luck I hope you draw in audiences and creatives from all around.
