I am writing a screenplay short with the character "breaking thru the 4th wall." I remember the saying; "There is no fourth wall." But there is such a thing as balance. Too much and Spacey will talk about your excessiveness in his next speech. (Speech he made about content. The speech went viral on you tube) Too little and the message is lost. What are your thoughts?

Hmm.. Interesting. I think that sounds interesting and challenging all at the same time. But then again a challenge makes for some very break-through ideas. ;)
