Screenwriting : Writer for a screenplay needed by Anthony Theil

I'd be interested in this. I'm a big fan of Thrillers and the such. I am newer to screenwriting though, so keep that in mind. I'm just looking for some chances to start building a resume.

You might want to consider a title change - Entrapment was a 1999 film with Catherine Zeta Jones and Sean Connery . . .

Hi Monique, it probably will be deferred pending funding. We do have a 7- 10 minute script which we want to shoot as a teaser and probably cut it down to a 2-3 minute trailer for funding purposes. This will need to be re written and this is something we can pay for up front. Have you written anything before in genre we are after?

Hi Eoin, the teaser script reveals some main points through out the story line. Currently the story is about 60- 70 % there. The eventual screenplay writer will have to complete the rest.

Hi Anthony, Nice meet you. Good luck with your film. I defintely think you should change the title. I thought at first this was a remake of the Sean Connery/ Catherine Zeta Jones film Eoin was referring to.

Thanks Janet, Actually there are a few titles with The Entrapment name, same with many other titles, by the time the film is released 17 years would have gone by. As I mentioned to Eoin when the time comes to start marketing we will have a closer look at it with our distributors and make a final decision then. Thanks for your good wishes :)

Based on the comments above, I know I'm about to try and jump into the deep end of the local municipal pool wearing only my tighty-whities and overinflated "Return-of-the-Jedi-Swimmies" but I would love to be considered. I've penned a similar-type thriller-drama-action spec script based on a true story that I am currently pitching. Collaborating on a project like you've described would be... well, amazing.
