Hi everyone! i would greatly appreciate your feedback on this topic. i am looking to start a mastermind/ meet up group of of various artists (actors, directors, screenwriters, cinematographers etc) as well as producers and marketers, in NYC. has anyone had any experience on how to find people with similar vision? what is the optimal size of the group? i am looking to create an empowering and goal accomplishing team to inspire and help each other.

Being here & posting about is a start Petra. I don't know if there such thing as an optimal size of the a group when it comes to a mastermind group because different individuals bring different things to the table, but I'd say not large, not to small. Start with one person you trust and believe in and work your way up from there.
