Take my advise, I never use it... Didn't really make the connection until the end. Might have been funnier the other way around; where he cleans and cooks, etc for Dorito chips and then is amazed that he can get the dog to do a trick for Dorito... wife smiles and pets her husband? Also, the label wasn't seen enough. It didn't tie in with Superbowl too well. Maybe the dog trick should involve something really impossible with a football? Im no writer, producer or camera person so please pardon my non professional take. Good luck.
Interesting take. I'm certain that it could be funny if we had inverted the setup/payoff. We chose to not have the audience in on the joke, so if you were to make the connection before the callback, it would be like getting the joke before the punchline was delivered.
