never give up an Idea to anyone. Only give out work that is Copyrighted or registered with the WGA.
Protect yourself. I understand it's great to get feed back and all but this buisness is full of people who will take your idea's and make them their own. I'm not saying that it will happen, but its always better to be safe then sorry.
