I write all my ideas down (or as they come) in notebooks or on my i phone. Then I prioritize them to what's has the most impact or most important. Then start on the first idea and graph a bubble chart. I.E. Short film (main bubble) then connect 3 general things needed - Crew - Theme - Funding
