It all depends on what you are trying to do with the script. Are you trying to shoot if yourself?

Well a page is a minute so what you have is a 120 min film. I'd say film it full length. Hit the pavement getting investors and use Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Just make sure you get it Copyrighted with the library of congress before any of that. I personally would do a feature, because that's what I wrote it as. The only other suggestion would be write a short out of your story and hope it works out like "Bottle Rocket" did for Owen and Luke Wilson, and Wes Anderson. They submitted the short to Sun Dance and it got picked up and went on to be a feature.

Like what Robin said, you can create a short out of the feature and use it to generate interest in the feature film. Are you shooting this? Or looking to sell it?

Go for the feature if you can.

It's useful to shoot a spoiler to show investors, but it should never be public content.

Thank you guys for all of your inputs! I am trying to film it myself I have some friends of mine who have filmed before, but I do not have a whole production crew. Nor do I have a budget yet, but I guess I am going to have to figure it out because I do want to shoot the whole feature film. Thank you guys again.

Flavia, Please keep me posted on your progress. You're following the same path as me. I also want to film the feature myself. I just need to get my screenplay done (maybe I need a co-writer?) From my understanding (like Steven posted) kickstarter and indiegogo are great resources to help you get funding. I think Stage32 is a great place to find your crew, actors and everything else in between. People here are pro's and love to help so we are pretty lucky.

Well if you need a co writer I would gladly love to help you! I am waiting to see what to do still I have been working non stop so i've been procrastinating haha. I agree with finding a crew on here everyone is soooo lovely !

Hey Richard It's nice to know that other people have been working on stuff with nothing and got it made anyway! I actually have to edit my scrip I finished my other feature film script and now i'm on to my other ideas soon enough! woooohooo

well first I have to get these babies copy written and then get my crew together. Hopefully soon enough! I was thinking shorts first then doing the whole feature film.
