Sherlock Holmes comedy series: "221B"

Sherlock Holmes gets the "BLACKADDER" treatment in "221B," based on the "previously unpublished adventures of Sherlock Holmes as related by John H. Watson, MD." Written in the same irreverent vein as "FATHER TED" and "FAWLTY TOWERS", "221B" chronicles the lunatic adventures of the world's most self-important detective, Sherlock Holmes, and his supernaturally dimwitted associate, Dr. Watson, as they set about catching footpads, mountebanks, master criminals, and enemies of the Crown while staying one step ahead of their creditors. Have written the pilot episode, "THE ADVENTURE OF THE TWO GREAT TITS" (that's the birds, not the appendages), along with synopses for several other projected episodes including the final episode, "THE STRANGE CASE OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY," in which Dr. Watson inadvertently starts World War I.

If it's anything like Blackadder it could be great.

JAK BURKE

Indeed Blackadder is one of the greatest comedy series from the UK - timeless
