Screenwriting : Help with Script by Ocean Ker

Hey, I'm helping to develop a project and my time constraints wouldn't allow me to write the script. Would anyone consider helping, it not being a paid job. It is a short, about a young woman in the inner-city of los angeles that has come to realization that she needs a higher purpose in life. We are very open to ideas and would allow the writer to have a lot of the creative control. We would prefer to have a woman of color but are open to anyone that feels they would be able to capture that. Anyone's help would be appreciated if that doing it or guiding us to someone that would.
