Hi Andy. Just go to website. In top right hand corner you will find a Filmmaker Sign Up and Log In. Sign up with your email address and password. You will then be sent an account activation email. Click on that and your registered. Log back into the site complete the account and payment details , then when thats done at any time you can go to SUBMIT FILM, upload and away you go.
