There are about a thousand different ones. The Nicholl is the largest amatuer contest in the world. It's also cheap ($35?) in the first month. If you place well in this contest you can usually expect to get some reads on your work. Austin, Page, Bluecat, and Fresh Voices are popular. Tracking B is for the more experienced writer. The Blacklist is an evaluation site that looks at the marketability of your script and scores it as such. The site Moviebytes.com has a very good list of contests and a forum where people talk about their experiences in each. I havent been there in a few years so I don't know how good it still is. good luck with your script!
Spec Scout is good. For $197, they provide you with detailed coverage from three independent readers and if you score a 68 or better on their rating system, they'll host your script on their site. It's like Inktip or Script Pipeline, just another avenue.
If you're looking for a free challenge, all serious writers should turn to Moviepoet.com. They run monthly short script contests with themes. Check it out. It'll help you improve.
There is a book "Writer's Market 2014". It has a section dedicated to contests. You could probably find it at your local library which I would probably suggest on the count that it is mainly geared towards novelists. However, it still contains a lot of helpful info that pertains to screenwriting.

Nicholl, Austin and Page seem to be the more reputed ones. You can also try getting an evaluation on The Black List if you want a faster result.

I'd also suggest the BlueCat Screenplay Competition - they also take shorts.

Thanks Bix!
197$ is too much now but thanks for your advise. Maybe in the future I could try.
FYI Page early bird deadline is tomorrow, only $39.
