Hey Everybody! I'm at the Berlin festival now and it's even more busy than last year. If anyone wants to meet, my suggestion is Wednesday, Feb. 12 at noon at Billy Wilder's, a Bar at Potsdamer Platz, where the Cineplexes are. Please let me know who will attend.
Just left, had a few TheFilmPortal meetings, saw Monuments Men and was happy to feel the "heatwave " of above zero temperatures in normally freezing Berlin.
No sorry, if I had known before... With some 400 films screened it was hard to follow. In which program was it screened?
Berlin is a huge festival. This time some 500000 visitors, 400 movies, tons of market screenings, it's all very hectic. One has to stand in line 11/2 to 2 hours every morning to get the tickets for the next day, that's with accreditation. Very hard to get an overview. Was yours a short or a feature? I didn't watch any shorts, tried to keep up with the competition and a bit of Panorama section. Saw some very interesting Chinese Action movies. (No Man's Land, The Demon Within) these guys are catching up with Hollywood!
