Screenwriting : Workshops & Distribution by Wendy Elkin

Has anyone heard whether there will be screenwriting workshops in SF Bay area this year? I know of one in LA in March but have not seen one offered in NorCal. Any suggestions for Film Distribution on - line is appreciated.
