Hi, my name is Kevin Mattson. I love to entertain. I would like to share with you just one of my many projects that I have worked on and completed. Details are Included below. Hope you enjoy the show! Spartacus Project by Kevin Mattson on March 12, 2011. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=br-RbT9uKiw In March of 2011 I had seen an opportunity and entered the MET-Rx Warrior Workout video contest. Although I did not have to take any supplements. This was just a video contest. A chance for a walk on role in the STARZ movie series Spartacus. I had to create an original and creative Warrior Workout video that was 1 minute or less in length. Again, with strict rules and regulations. Judging was conducted by a Sponsor-selected panel of judges, based on the following judging criteria: originality/creativity – 33%; relevance to theme – 33%; and most entertaining video – 34%. That is why you see me wearing the loin cloth performing some Creative and Entertaining exercises... staying relevant to the theme as I bust through the door with my Sword. I had also created another video. I love to create them. And this was another good opportunity for me to do so. So I named this video the same as my video entry. SPARTACUS RENEGADE ~ REBEL SOUL. I was able to Incorporate my 1 minute contest video entry clip into my video. You can see the entry clip as it starts about 21 seconds into the video. Although I cut out the MET-Rx label that I had in my entry video. I created this as another Tribute Video to remember our Veterans... and to remember my Dad. Although I did not place in the Top 10 finalists. I will Always look at this as another Positive and Very Productive Step Forward and Learning Experience In my Never Ending Journey. NOTE: The Blind Folded Apple Trick that you see in this video, where I slice an Apple in half while Totally Blindfolded was a 1 take shot!!! It turned out Awesome... Gotta love it for sure!!! Yea, I had A LOT more footage I wanted to use, but you can only cram so much Into a 1 minute or less video upload requirement. I had a Blast creating it though... and I hope to do it again soon.
Thank you Kathy. I appreciate you taking the time to check it out, along with the positive feedback.
