Hi guys & gals, lovely to be part of this pro-film forum. I'm currently producing a slate of horror films with my company Bad Blood Films and looking forward to discussing all things film with you all from my passionate subject (and professional background) - sound for film as well as producing, distribution and investment. I'm hope there will be mutual opportunities and some interesting conversations. After all, I'm sure that's why this forum is here. A great film requires a great team, this is what we're busy putting together not to mention investment opportunities for our slate. Please get in touch, would love to hear from you... I'm all ears - www.imdb.me/markkenna

Welcome to Stage 32 Mark! I think you will find this community incredible - I looked at your bio and you really have done some impressive work. I've met a ton of really great horror writers and directors on here...maybe pop over to the Screenwriting and Directing section of the lounge and see what you dig up :)

Thank you Kimite, that's really kind of you to comment. It's been an interesting ride over the years and moving into producing, I feel I can exercise all that I've learnt, create a fantastic team where we all can add to the creative mix and of course what not to do. I just want to create great content around fresh stories that people can relate to. Focusing on the horror genre for me is great as the horror community is like no other, you give then what thy want, invite them on to be part of it, most important, don't forget the key ingredients that go into a great horror movie. It's also a chance to get messy and push the boundaries a little. Our films with unltilise the new revolutionary sound format for cinema - Dolby Atmos, an emmersive sound format that will truly scare the audience to death :)
