Is it true, no sound CAPS in spec scripts? Only in shooting scripts to alert sound department.

According to THE SCREENWRITER'S BIBLE (5th Edition, P. 174) "It is not necessary to place sounds in CAPS. However, if you wish, you may do so.

At one time - 1970's to early 1990's is was standard to put sounds in uppercase. for the last 20 years that has gone out of favor. That said, I agree with Bill H - if you feel it's important you may use uppercase for sounds.
