Hey Valerie, you can check my services out on my website. I do notes, editing, formatting and polishing. Was named one of the top 15 Cream of the Crop Script Consultants by Creative Screenwriting Mag. Well, you can just check my bio out on my profile so I don't clog up this page. Happy to discuss your project and what you might need. However, I will say that editing and polishing is a LAST step after doing many rewrites and drafts to get the script into great shape.

Why do you need someone else to do this? It's basically all part of the screenwriter's job. Format is fairly easy: read a stack of screenplays and then look at your and make sure it matches the others.
Final Draft will help with the mechanical work needed. Clear description and believable dialogue would be a gift, and I hope you find the right writer, or already have that one without knowing it.
