Wow! What a fest. They feed film makers... they really, really feed film makers, great parties, accommodations, nice SWAG bag. What more could I have asked for? A three-way tie for Best Short Film in the Audience Choice Awards? Done. A letter of acceptance into the Writers Guild Independent Film Caucus upon my return home. Done. Completion of a work for hire contract on a historical sports screenplay. Done. There's magic in those red rocks. This is a fest to put high on your submission list. Great folks on the festival staff. It was the best. And what a place to watch the Oscars!!
