What animation tools are you using? I have all the Adobe and Autodesk tools and few Open Source tools. What do you use? Better, what you recommend?

I use TV Paint, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere. I'd like to get into Toonboom because it's a great program for puppeted animation and for coloring and inking shots.
Does anyone use zbrush? I have a friend that does some amazing stuff with it.
