Introduce Yourself : Would LOVE to meet like minded people who are looking for the Next Level In Entertainment: Stories that transform lives AND are FUNNY...Interested? by Scott Brandon Hoffman

First I wanted to say THANK YOU to Stage32 and all the cool peeps for creating such a ROCKING platform! I LOVE the AMAZING people that I'm meeting here, and felt guided to reach out to see who may be interested in the following... I am VERY focused and committed to building a tribe for networking, collaborating, and creating/distributing projects for film, TV, and Stage with people who have a calling to bring more Heart and Soul, (and of course COMEDY) to the stories and projects that we create. AKA, projects that make a difference, while still leading with being entertained first and foremost, with KICKASS characters, writing, and great stories. Hollywood most times loses the focus on what's important and is more concerned with bottom line only, but we ALL know that there's MORE... I KNOW there is a MAJOR HUNGER out there for entertainment that gets people to think, FEEL, grow, and LAUGH, as well as being entertained FULLY. We're going through a time in humanity where people are getting tired of the same ol' worn out formulas, violence, high tech, and agendas and are starting to wake up and question things, what am I doing? why am I here? there has to be more than this isn't there, something feels off, I just don't know exactly what it is? Damn straight there is! We're creatively and spiritually (non religious) constipated! We've been programmed with nonsense and things that have NOTHING to do with REAL happiness and REAL fulfilling lives. We need stories that showcases our humanity, our struggles, challenges, dramas, wisdom, love, and ultimately, showing us our REAL POWER that reveals who we REALLY are , and the power of love as well as being able to LAUGH AT OUR SH*T, and not take it all so seriously. I'm not talking cheesy, new agey stories and characters, I'm taking about cool, deep, hip, funny, REAL life stuff, that has a point and ultimately uplifts and inspires people through their pain and suffering that so many humans go through, so they can see that we are MORE than we think we are, there's MORE than consuming, working, watching wheel of fortune, and living lives of quiet desperation. Ultimately, it's about raising consciousness and connecting to the heart, while keeping story front and center. My personal observation is that Hollywood is missing the heart and soul, and self help, and so called "spiritual" movies and TV are preachy and contrived, even cheesy, they need to be REAL, cool, and hip. With launching different productions this year and into the future, I'd love to connect with and build a network within the community here of writers, directors, producers, actors, composers, animators, DP's, crew, editors etc, who might be interested in these kinds of stories and working on these types of projects, having a blast, making a difference, and ROCKING it! Be sure that they will be FUN, and COOL and if we can help it, successful on ALL levels. I love this community of creatives, and felt inspired to see who else is interested in more human stories and comedies that in some way, shape, or form, spark a little something or BIG something inside people that shows us what and who we REALLY are, and get us humans to BE MORE and LIVE better lives.
