The Lowest Deep

Greetings, fellow Stagers. I was hoping to get some opinions on the logline for my latest feature, a coming-of-age tale set in small-town America. "When a pair of thirteen-year-old boys stumble onto the trail of an ancient source of extraterrestrial power, their quest to find the sacred object attracts the attention of a shadowy figure who will stop at nothing to uncover the relic first."

Linda Sans

Sounds intriguing and interesting. It certainly picked my curiosity. Good luck with it!

Douglas Turner

Thank you, Linda!

Anthony Moore

Interesting but a bit long. Loglines should be about 25 words.

Douglas Turner

Good thought. It does need trimmed down.

Christian Ijin Link

Teen boys battle a quasi-governmental agency for possession of an alien artifact hidden in the Great Smoky mountains.

Anthony Moore

Much better!!!

Douglas Turner

Thank you all. The input is always helpful!

James Breckenridge

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: "When a pair of thirteen-year-old boys stumble onto the trail of an ancient source of extraterrestrial power, a shadowy figure is determined to stop at nothing to uncover the relic first."
