Introduce Yourself : In transition by David Anthony

Hi I'm David, I have been blessed to have a long and varied career in the entertainment industry. I started as an actor who did some tech work between jobs in my native Australia. That morphed into Stage Management, Production & Company Management giving me the opportunity to tour all over Australia and Asia. I moved to Hong Kong as a Production Manager for Disney Special Events all over Asia Pacific. I then moved to Macau to Manage some Casino Theatres. I then started working for Cirque du Soleil, my current employer in various roles and locations such as Vegas, Macau (a second time) and currently touring Europe. Now taking all of that experience and wanting to focus on my writing which I realize is something I have always done but never taken seriously. Glad to be part of a creative community which is hard to do while touring.
