First of all, you should be wary of any off hour meeting...I would anyway. Especially met on social media. Take someone with you. Any legit business person in any of the big 3 markets...isn't going to spend a Sunday seeing new clients. JMO If that doesn't concern you, whatever you pick has to be rushed up and presented in such a way as to not look like it. So what does that mean? It has be close to you and within your range and ability, which no one but you can really speak to. I would look to those projects, film, TV, theatre that either you already know or can pick within a relatively quick period. Then just start working it. Get the lines. Down pat. Then get up on your feet and move around a small space...like one half of an office 7x10 or less and see what you can find. Then run it over and over during the next few days and if you have someone you trust, you could show it to them later in the week...HOWEVER if you like it by then, make sure that you don't change it too much based on a friends opinion, unless you absolutely trust their business sense. Its better to be completely confident in what you are doing than to be un-polished and thereby un-professional. JMO
