Anything Goes : Do you enjoy SUPER SHORT COMMENTS? I don't especially not receiving e-mail about it! by Victor Stapelberg

I think not only I would appreciate that there would be a way to filter out "one or two word comments" to discussions we follow such as "nice, sweet, cool" If someone has nothing to say something interesting I do not wish to receive a mail that tells me that A or B said "sweet or cool" Really I find it quite annoying. There are many members who make pertinent comments worth reading or even adding to but these "shorties" really who gives a damn? They teach us nothing they mean nothing to the members at large. Fine put these qualifying short comments on somones wall that is fine with me. But I don't want to receive an e-mail of someone who has posted only ONE word. Maybe Stage32 ( you are so clever) maybe you can set a filter to allow us to op out of such comments. For example for any comments less than 75 characters or two phrases (or else) Thank you Vic
