I always wanted to a LGB movie. How do I go about doing this? I have the main characters bio's done should I leave it at that or do I give them a plot for them. They can take credit for writing. I just want credit for the story and producing it. Also I would be willing to pay them, but it would have to be deferred (like when get the funds for the project for example crowdfunding and sponsors. But I don't know if anybody would be willing to do all of that.).

Dude, no writer in their right mind is going to bother with 'deferred'. What that usually means is they'll never see a cent. Why work on someone else's project for free when they could be working on their own?

You might find a writer willing to do this. It can't hurt to ask, can it?
@Cherie Some screenwriters are newer and can't get a lot of paying gigs. I free gig still comes with the most important thing...experience to put on a resume.
Oh, and I'd be willing to help out.
Yes, it means Lesbian, Gay and Bi.
My naive is showing, but is using the D-word really that terrible? I mean, I have yet to get my first option on a script so I'm down for anything to put on a resume. Is it a question of getting taken advantage of, or does it actually hurt your career in the long run?
