Tamarin, Go to the local CW station and ask if they are hiring interns. Most of the time they will take you on. Free help is always a plus on their ROI. Then have fun learning.
My first suggestion is to define what is it you want to do. Better yet, what your skills are. One generally does no apply for "crew", each crew member has specific skills and talents. The network does not hire TV crews. Each CW show is produced by a production company. So if you want to be on crew for a specific TV show you need to contact the prodCo for that show - not the CW network.
Hi Alle, I don't know anyone working there, and where do I get the HR department's details?
