I'm kidding. Kind of. It's true there's not much point in writing a lot and well and then not having the connections to get it made or at least looked at. I'm all kinds of writer, a kick-ass script doctor and editor, and not only have been around the block, I designed the block. I could use an agent for my historical romance "The Exiled Heart" which is about a holocaust survivor trying to put her life back together in post-war NY -- I'm fascinated by theme of what happens to a person who expects to die, and then has to learn again with the idea of a future. As for getting the film to parties that might get it made, I'm wondering if anyone has used the technique of getting it to the agents of the actors (Through IMDB-pro) that you think would be perfect. I haven't but it's one of my plan B's (when I exhaust my plan As) In any case, my network is still small so feel free to "friend" me, one of you might be the next indispensable relationship in my life, who knows?
