Hello, My company Kaleigh Group Entertainment is hosting the first annually Eastern North Carolina Film Festival in Winterville, NC in Sept 2014. I know this may sound unorthodox but I was wondering if you could assist me. This is our first Film Festival and we are still trying to gather the necessary resources. Greetings Ron, my name is Charay Vaughn I am an aspiring actress, I have a community talk show that focus on issues affecting our communities as well as celebrity interviews. I have a film I've written, produced, and directed entitled "Is This Love"? I recently won an award for it at the "Black Women In Jazz Awards" which was held at the four season in Atlanta Georgia this past may. The event is now a national event, I am apart of history, my movie can be seen on amazon as well as coming soon to Punch Tv Network which can be seen in 35 million homes. I am beyond excited, humbled and blessed, always looking to network and push even further while encouraging others to follow their dreams. Currently working on another film as well as my very first "One Woman Show".
Allie, It is a film festival. We do have screenings, but we also will have live entertainment, an awards show and several parties. It would be great if you could make it!

Hi Eric. Yes, we are having a round table on Friday from 5-7pm. We are still developing some of the topics, but we are expecting an excellent discussion.
Hi Ron, I hope your festival goes well. Our short film festival (Shortz FIlm Festival), here in Chico, CA, is the same weekend, Sept 12-14th. We are in our 4th year. This year we used Film Freeway and our film submissions tripled! Now we are trying to screen them all just to find the ones we want to show that weekend. :) It is a lot of work but a lot of fun too.

Allie, again,this is our first festival. Yes, the film makers will have the option to introduce their films (I believe that is what you are talking about) and yes we have developed a marketing strategy to get the surrounding cities to buy tickets.
I just curated my first small film festival and I am amazed at the local talent! I can extend an invitation to some of our short film submittors and see if they would like to screen with your festival. We had some great films that deserve a wider audience!

Hi Ron, what is the deadline? I have short called, Pick Me!, and one that will film in July called, Climbing Stairs. Let me know the best way to send either of these to you. Is there a submission fee?
