Healthy body, hungry mind?

So hump day is here and a collective sigh is heard from most quarters. However here is thought I had after learning the music habbits of my fellow creatives. Writing involves much sitting around and being glued to the old pc for hours on end. I find a work out first thing in the morning and then a jog after the writing session a great way to balance the ass numb and exercise. In my experience a jog is perfect for digesting what you have written that day and well it keeps you fit also. What about you guys, where to you stand or sit in some cases on this balance? Happy hump day.

Whenever I go on a juicing reboot (see rebootwithjoe.com) for a few days it's like having half a gram of coke shoved up my arse. I can thoroughly recommend it (the former, not the latter.)

I also try to do my Cindy Crawford workout every day (directed by my old mukka Pete Care, who also directed The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys with Jodie Foster) and cycle up to the pool about four times a week for a 40 minute swim. I think a healthy body is very important for your brain to work properly. Drinking copious amounts of wine every evening works a treat too.

Ha ha ha, thats awesome Jude , yep the old coke up the arse trick certainly gets things moving!!! Well so I have heard......

Naturally my knowledge of having coke shoved up my arse is zero, but I can honestly recommend a juice reboot for feeling brilliant, thinking clearly and buzzing on energy. I'm on a three day juicing reboot right now and had a light bulb moment last night regarding an idea for my first script. I had also quaffed most of a bottle of a Cava though, so not sure which should get the credit. ;)

btw what is the swearing policy on these boards? I can't seem to find any guidelines...

Neville Steenson

I am a water guy myself Jude and drink obscene amounts of it daily. Yeah not sure about the swearing policy so just to be safe I am keeping mine to PG standards just to be safe ;-)
