Hey Bill. I would just call the language schools at UCSD, USC and UCLA professor refer you to an educator because you want correct grammar no matter what the language. USCD is a school of choice to recruit at by the United States State Department looking for multilingual speakers to become Foreign Service Officers. So, if the State Department likes them, it maybe good to start there possibly.
