Are you asking for simple DIY recommendations or post houses that do it professionally?

Got it, I would preffer a DIY recommendations but i see that is very hard to send it to the festivals, you have to send it in a hard drive I suppose

You best choice it to have a pro post house do it. There are few open source tools available, but it's complicated. And from what I hear the learning curve is steep. I remember seeing a detailed DIY method over on creativecow. Just send it out is my recommendation.
