I entered a short film to the schnit festival. (they don't capitalize). All properly done, copayment, and on line data submission along with mailed in Blu-Ray disc well within due times. Today I got an email from schnit, and part of it says.. "Dear ANDRE HUNT You have entered your film to the international short film competition shnit OPEN 2014. Thank you very much for your contribution and for your interest in our festival. Due to more than 7’000 submissions, the selection overrun its time. We are very sorry about that." So, what the heck do you think they really mean?
I think they really mean they got far more submissions than they are prepared to view. They should refund the submission fee. Should... but unlikely.
What rhymes with packet?
"Jacket" rhymes with "packet." Or you could do two words: "hack it," or "crack it."
I was thinking...racket.
