Anything Goes : Going to Stage 32 Anniversary? by Peggy Fields Richardson!

I'm new to Los Angeles from Nashville, Tennessee, living in San Dimas, and would love to jump into networking, meeting people in film (I don't care whether you're a writer, actor, director, producer, electrician or anything else). Do I have a ton of experience? Nope, just a bit. Do I do the phony party-talk? Nope, I'm not good at that. What I am good at is genuine interest, real listening, the opportunity to actually make friends--you know, the people you can help with a project without saying "what's in it for me?" I'm... get ready for this word that seems to be unheard of in LA--NEIGHBORLY. I'm not a party girl or.... hell, I'm pretty boring to myself, but I did have the courage to QUIT a job and move across the country to chase my dreams. I'd never lived anywhere but Tennessee. I left behind family and friends (I did bring my sweet and supportive husband who is a newbie photographer), and I'm here ready to meet folks.
