Introduce Yourself : Introducing myself- Shanthini Venugopal by Shanthini Venugopal

Hello all....I live out in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and have been in the performing arts industry for over 25 years. I currently act, sing, produce, do workshops for my own theatre company The Jumping JellyBeans. Started this in 2000. I acted in one Hollywood movie - Anna and the King with Jodie Foster and Chow Yuen Fatt. It was a wonderful experience. I do mainly stage plays, satire and sing (musicals, voice overs, stage shows) My passion is singing although I don't get to do that much these days. I recently wrote a book - Why JellyBeans are Colourful! and its unique cos I got 22 young artists (aged 8 and above) to be the illustrators. I currently run programmes in Malaysian schools helping primary school children to learn English using drama techniques.
