A “cleaner” for the US government, is recruited by a criminal enterprise to get rid of the bodies left in their tracks.
SYNOPSIS:
Quincy is a man in his twenties that secretly works as a part of the support structure for CIA operatives. He’s tasked with maintaining a safehouse in the London suburbs. But most of his time is spent eliminating dead bodies and physical evidence left behind by agents in the field. The long hours and difficult work didn’t seem to bother Quincy, as long as his hard work would be rewarded with a promotion.
On a particularly busy evening, Quincy is asked to recover an abandoned government vehicle only a few hours after spending the previous day disinfecting a crime scene and disposing of two bodies. He is partnered up with another cleaner and the two gripe about the thankless work and relenting hours as they travel to pick up the car. The cleaner that Quincy is paired with mentions that he has been working as a cleaner for nearly ten years and has never seen someone promoted. They usually burn out. When the two arrive to collect the abandoned car, they are attacked by hitmen. Quincy is grazed by a bullet and picked up by the police.
The CIA arranges for Quincy to be released. It’s only because they have another task for him. An important agent will be staying at his safehouse and Quincy will need to pick up specialty food and liquor for the agent. Quincy is exhausted and can’t believe they would have him running errands after he was nearly killed. For the moment, his objections are ignored. But allowing himself to get picked up by the police and the push back on doing his job makes Quincy’s handler suspicious. They arrange to have him brought in for an assessment. However, the message was misinterpreted and Quincy was brought in like a criminal.
His manager offers a soft apology for how he’s been treated. They confirm that they rarely promote cleaners to a different position but they are willing to give Quincy a modest raise and a few days off for his troubles. While contemplating his future with the CIA, he is approached by a criminal organization that would be willing to pay him to make bodies disappear for them. The promise of more money and a little bit of respect is all Quincy needed to make his decision. He quickly discovers that being a cleaner for the bad guys is just as dangerous and as glamorous as it was for the CIA.

Sounds like it's gonna be a funny Action/Comedy, Benjamin King.
I think the logline needs more. How about this: "After a _____ (adjective) “cleaner” for the US government is recruited by a criminal enterprise, he gets rid of the bodies left in their tracks ______ (stakes)."
Also, you don't mention the main plot (the cleaner working for the criminal enterprise) until the end of the synopsis.
