THE DREAMER

Set in Dublin, stubborn, 14-year-old Piper wants to know not only why she is suddenly able to walk in her dreams, but also why she chooses that dreamworld over her own real world. As a book falls into her hands that hold clues to the greek gods and dreaming, Piper finds herself being chased in both worlds as she is blamed to be the cause of destruction to both.
SYNOPSIS:
The Greek gods love to play games with the humans, and this was the ultimate game: a treasure hunt to clues placed throughout the times and across the earth, leading to the one, simple secret that every mortal craves: immortality. How is this possible? Within their dreams, but of course the humans don't know this. Until now, after a god of dreams carelessly takes a game too far. A move that has a cost on not one, but two worlds. Back to reality: Piper is lucid dreaming, a new idea in the real world. But after stealing a book of clues from the gods, she realizes she IS the reason why people are lucid dreaming. Now, those who are lucid dreaming are dying, so Piper has to decipher the Book of Godspells to find out why she is the only human who can actually survive it, in order to save her kind.
