FATA MORGANA

SYNOPSIS:
Anna (30) accepts a mission from a friend and travels to an island where the hundred or so inhabitants give her a lukewarm welcome. She soon realizes that Victoria, proprietress of the island's only hotel, and the others, are hiding a long-standing trauma. The appearance of a ghost ship soon triggers a series of terrible events and disappearances that awaken the islanders' paranoia. Anna must find out what they're hiding, and travel to the other side of the island, an abandoned territory plagued by dark figures and storms.

Great tone but a little too vague as a logline. Try to communicate more of the concept and premise, where the dramatic conflict is coming from, what the story goal is. And is it the stranger or the island that has a dark past? It's a little confusing the way it's worded.
