SYNOPSIS:

Billy, a serial murderer, is incarcerated in a small rural town in Alabama named Clover. An expert psychologist and lawyer, Anthony Trill rushes to Billy's defense and a ruthless local, named Wyatt Adams, fights tooth and nail to have Billy put to death.
