Your logline is a bit too long for my tastes. However, the story concept is great!!!! I'd like to read the screenplay!
Maybe something like this instead: "A holiday loving owner of a boutique hotel is inspired by a Christmas painting from the 1930's with the unexpected help of a travel writer who's never seen snow."
