A group of friends, with hopes to escape modern life, create an idyllic commune that unravels into dystopia when their benefactor meets his untimely end. Think The Last Man on Earth meets It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

SYNOPSIS:

Rich seeks to build a commune with his dear college friends Greg, Maggie, Thomas, Frank and Sierra. His inherited wealth allows him to purchase a remote island that few know about. After some convincing, the assembled group flourishes as Rich completes work elsewhere. When Rich finally makes it to the island, they've carved out a beautiful home. Ecstatic, he does a silly dance that sends him right into the back helicopter blades- dying instantly. The group decides they will do anything to keep this new life intact and with every kidnapping, cover-up, and even murder, their lives become less and less what they're trying to protect so vigilantly.
