SYNOPSIS:

Di, a teenage girl living in a predominately white and impoverished neighborhood in South Dakota is forced to move to an all Black and very affluent Atlanta suburb after her mother suddenly dies. When Di finds out she has family... and they are rich, very rich, Di's world is flipped upside down. Feeling like a fish out of water with her new family but even more so in a world of racial and economic differences, she is pushed to her limits. Poinsette County is filled with luxury and wealth, but the secrets and lies run even deeper than their pockets. This suburb is filled with CEO's, corporate lawyers, engineers and this nation's top 1%. A very proud community of Black excellence unlike anything we have ever seen. With scandals, lies, and secrets that could tear everything apart bubbling underneath the surface, Di's arrival seems to start revealing some of the dark truths.
