24/7 is a half hour live action workplace comedy set in a gas station set in the middle of nowhere where three employees and one weird mechanic must fend off whatever fresh hell walks into/threatens their establishment.
SYNOPSIS:
24/7 is a 30-minute live-action workplace comedy set in a gas station/roadside eatery/auto repair shop(?) that is the “24/7” in a
very small side-of-the-road town.
The employees are a unique intersection of smalltown blue-collar America: a fresh college drop-out who wants to escape his
helicopter-parent of a father; a white wannabe cop who’s a stickler for the rules; a mother of six who is the boss of said wannabe
cop and could give two shits about the rules. Oh, and Murdock--a Deus Ex Machina mechanic who works here, we think?
These four must deal with anyone or anything that pulls off the highway into their store. The local meth tweakers just cause
mischief, the bigger villain/hurdle to overcome is a serial killer, a supernatural being, or an 80s hair band that just wants to party
(too much). Through facing/partying these challenges, each character of the ensemble shows their strengths and desires, and they
learn more about themselves and their co-workers.
