SYNOPSIS:

On a cloudy Friday morning in October of 2022, Shawn, an African American male, walks into a local store in Jackson, Mississippi. As enters the glass doors of the store he overhears Clint and Earl, two white males and the brothers of the town congressman, talking about the importance of voting for the slavery bill so it can be passed into law. Shawn grabs his items and walks to the counter laughing then says “ I don’t know who the fuck y’all think y’all are but times done changed and we are not our ancestors. You dumb motherfuckers really think WE gone let that shit slide?" As words are exchanged between Shawn, Clint and Earl, Shawn gets more upset and ultimately speaks a curse over the brothers before exiting the store. Shawn drives to his grandmother, Emmogene's, house to inform her of what just happened at the store. Emmogene informs Shawn that now that he has said the curse they must finish what he has started. Emmogene and Shawn then begin a Creole Ritual that takes the white brothers, the congressman, O'Connor, and their families down a path that forces them to see things from a different view. The three white males go on different journeys while they dream as a result of the spell Shawn and Emmogene conjured up from the spirit realm. After the brothers awake from their Spell/Curse, some hearts are changed, however, Clint is not convinced by the visions and races to the courthouse to stop his brother, Congressman O’Connor, from casting his vote against the bill. Clint and Congressman O’Connor have a heated argument on their views about the bill being passed. Clint then threatens his brother's life right as Emmogene shows up to get her own revenge. Emmogene looks mischievously at Congressman O’Connor and says, “ Well I guess you’ll just Fuck Around And Find Out!”
