SYNOPSIS:

This movie begins with the early life of the main character; Milly Hale. She sets off from home against the wishes of her parents and starts her life at college. She meets and falls in love with Tony; a mechanic. They get married and fall in love; again without her parent's approval. Tragedy strikes as she's diagnosed with cancer around the same time her parents die in a car crash. She sinks into depression and is taken care of by her husband and son as she struggles to get better. Her son; Jason, thinks he's found love in the arms of his handsome teacher only to be used and dumped by him. In a reckless reaction to the realization that he's been used, he overdoses on his mum's pills and dies. His parents are heartbroken as they try to make sense of the tragedy. Tony dies shortly after in a car crash due to his alcoholism leaving Milly alone and devastated. She tries to understand why everything happened and it led her to Jason's best friend who let it slip that her son died with a broken heart. Fueled by her grief and anger, she begins to investigate until she finds out the predatory teacher's identity. With the help of her friend, she digs into his life and career as she starts to see a pattern. She gets help from an unsuspecting character as she fights for both their lives and successfully end the life of the predator and avenges her son's death.
