In 1986, a troubled woman kidnaps a teenage pop star and is driven to commit horrific acts.

SYNOPSIS:

It's October 18, 1986, and pop star SADIE LANE (16) travels to Harlan, Kentucky, on her national mall tour. During one of her meet-and-greets, a fan, DEBBIE JONES (32), discloses a shocking truth that ends in a horrific kidnapping. As the week progresses, Debbie holds Sadie captive in a baby nursery in her basement while the rest of the country looks for their pop princess. Debbie slowly reveals the complexities of her dark personality, and Sadie knows she must befriend her to survive and escape. The walls begin caving in on Debbie from all directions, and she succumbs to unfathomable actions triggered by her disturbing red thoughts.
