In 1984, a group of kids come face-to-face with RikkorRokkir’s wicked witchcraft on the 99th anniversary of his death, while the rest of the town celebrates Halloween at their annual Trikkor Treat Fest.

SYNOPSIS:

In 1885, Richard Rochester was wrongfully convicted of practicing dark witchcraft in the coal-mining town of Hopkins, Kentucky. Ida Pearson (6) witnessed a spell cast on him by an evil witch named Gretta that would bring him and the deceased back to kill everyone. Richard tried to escape but was chased and killed by local children. Devastated, Ida kept this secret for the next ninety-nine years in fear that Gretta would come back and hurt the town again.

Now, it's Halloween night in 1984, and Hopkins is holding its biggest Trikkor Treat Fest yet, attracting people from across the country. The story of Richard, now known as RikkorRokkir, has become a popular spooky urban legend. Serene (16) begins noticing strange, unexplained occurrences surrounding her. She soon comes to find out that she and her brother, Jackson (8), are witches and have to save the town from destruction by facing Gretta head-on with the help of friends, Ida, witch magic, and even the dead!
